Question 1

Do I have to purchase a package?

Accepted Answer

No. You can book occasional hourly help, choose individual fixed-price services, or build your own monthly bundle. Ready-made starter plans are optional.

Question 2

Can I choose multiple services?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's the whole idea. Combine admin, bookkeeping, payroll administration and social media support in one plan with one point of contact.

Question 3

How do monthly reserved hours work?

Accepted Answer

You reserve a set number of hours each month, paid in advance. Combined hours across eligible hourly services unlock a discount of 5%, 10% or 15% depending on your total.

Question 4

Can I change my services later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Plans are month-to-month, so you can adjust services or hours ahead of your next billing period.

Question 5

Do unused hours roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Reserved hours expire at the end of each billing period, which keeps your time on the schedule and pricing low.

Question 6

Is there a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Service agreements are month-to-month. To cancel, give 14 days' written notice before your next renewal.

Question 7

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

After I review your request, you'll receive a personalized service agreement. Billing only begins once we've both approved it. Reserved hours are billed monthly in advance.

Question 8

Do you work with businesses outside your local area?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All services are delivered virtually, so I can support businesses across the U.S.

Question 9

What software do I need?

Accepted Answer

Usually whatever you already use. I can work in common tools like QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva and popular CRMs. Any software subscriptions are billed separately.

Question 10

Can I request a custom quote?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Use the bundle calculator or the form on this page and describe what you need — larger or more complex requests are quoted individually.
